President and Vice-President/President-Elect
These officers work in tandem to provide leadership and strategic vision for the Board of Directors. Together, they:

Ensure effective chapter governance by fostering collaboration and shared accountability among the Board of Directors.

Oversee and guide the actions necessary to achieve the chapter’s strategic goals.
The President and Vice President are co-chairs of the Events Committee.
Secretary
The Secretary manages the documents and communications necessary for the chapter’s activities.

Oversee the development, organization, and maintenance of chapter meeting minutes, activity forms, surveys, and other official documents.

Monitor monthly membership changes and distribute welcome communications to new members.

Coordinate and distribute chapter-related communications to the membership.
The Secretary is a co-chair of the Social Media Committee.
Treasurer
The Treasurer manages the financial activities of the chapter and oversees compliance with the chapter bylaws and other requirements.

Maintain accurate financial records, process expenses, and manage deposits.

Prepare financial statements and reports for the Board and membership as required.

Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory reporting requirements, including IRS Form 990 and state incorporation renewals.
The Treasurer is a co-chair of the Social Media Committee.
