President and Vice-President/President-Elect

These officers work in tandem to provide leadership and strategic vision for the Board of Directors.  Together, they:

  • Ensure effective chapter governance by fostering collaboration and shared accountability among the Board of Directors.

  • Oversee and guide the actions necessary to achieve the chapter’s strategic goals.

 

The President and Vice President are co-chairs of the Events Committee.​

Secretary

The Secretary manages the documents and communications necessary for the chapter’s activities.

  • Oversee the development, organization, and maintenance of chapter meeting minutes, activity forms, surveys, and other official documents.

  • Monitor monthly membership changes and distribute welcome communications to new members.

  • Coordinate and distribute chapter-related communications to the membership.

The Secretary is a co-chair of the Social Media Committee.​​

Treasurer

The Treasurer manages the financial activities of the chapter and oversees compliance with the chapter bylaws and other requirements.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, process expenses, and manage deposits.

  • Prepare financial statements and reports for the Board and membership as required.

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory reporting requirements, including IRS Form 990 and state incorporation renewals.

The Treasurer is a co-chair of the Social Media Committee.
